Great partnerships are
built like great routes
— step by step.
I'm Thomas "Teej" Thaldorf, an omnichannel Strategic Partner & Product Manager who turns consumer vision into sharable stories, program growth, retail execution, and market insight — with a decade spent guiding cross-functional teams from roadmap to retail shelf with a blend of digital and physical customer experiences.
Two tracks, one skill: strategy into execution.
I've built consumer product launches, retail growth programs, and cross-functional systems that scale — working at the intersection of creative, product, people, technology, and operations. It's the kind of range that matters, where one person's versatility replaces what would otherwise be three separate hires.
MM 01 — Product & Partner Management
Market growth & omnichannel execution
I design seasonal assortment plans and drive digital execution across major retailers. Now looking to bring that toolbox to outdoor, active, and durable consumer product brands — especially growth-stage teams where those decisions still run through a small, high-trust group.
At Sansico and CyberPower, this meant designing seasonal assortment plans, running sell-in/sell-through analysis, and managing digital execution across retailers including Target, Walmart, Best Buy, and Home Depot — contributing to $60M+ in annual retail revenue and 100+ SKU launches.
MM 02 — Operations & Chief of Staff
Cross-functional team leadership at scale
I build and scale high-stakes programs from the ground up, partnering directly with leadership to bring clarity to fast-moving priorities. Equally energized by a Chief of Staff or strategic operations seat where that same translation-into-execution skill is the whole job.
This has included leading start-up brands through joint venture partnerships, driving enterprise creative toward audience passion, and building the operational rhythms that let leadership move fast without losing alignment — especially valuable at lean, growth-stage teams where this seat carries outsized leverage.

Led end-to-end development for a joint venture between Target and Yoobi, designing products, playbooks, and SOPs to ensure consistent in-store excitement and omnichannel execution across the back-to-school season.
Built the KPI dashboards, quality assurance and safety, and development criteria used to monitor launch readiness and reduce post-launch remediation — turning a single-season collaboration into a repeatable, scalable, "Buy-One-Give-One" operating model.

Let's plan the next leg.
Open to remote or Minnesota-based work in outdoor, active, and durable consumer products, with relocation on the table for the right opportunity — and equally glad to talk Chief of Staff or strategic operations roles where execution is the job.
